A Cork Dork is an affectionate term for a wine enthusiast, and the Pit Spitters have adopted the name as a salute to the more than 40 great wineries along Michigan’s Wine Coast. The Pit Spitters will change their name and logo to the Up North Cork Dorks for one game this season, on August 5, 2022.
